Enable ksu support in AnyKernel3 by modifying anykernel.sh.
Redirect output of CONFIG_KSU_TAMPER_SYSCALL_TABLE to out/.config instead of vendor config.
Conditionally add CONFIG_KSU_TAMPER_SYSCALL_TABLE based on ksu_type input.
Added support for ReSukiSU-with-susfs in the build workflow, including necessary setup and configuration.
