Saved procedure XML file format:

<TransformRecorderLog>
  <log DeviceName="Name_Of_Tracked_Tool" TimeStampNSec="??" TimeStampSec="??" transform="?? ... ??" type="transform" />

  <log TimeStampSec="??" TimeStampNSec="??" type="message" message="Name_Of_Message_1" />

Note: The string "??" is used to represent a number.
