Status-quo correction in docs/engine-plan.md: repsel Phase 4b's two items (field-store note/addref elision) merged as #6919 on 2026-07-28 — the doc still said "in flight". Also folds the #7485 flag-deletion into the phase line and re-points the "What is left" repsel entry at #7480 (element-shape invariant) as the next unit.
