Trust: restamp gen-0 + inventory after #23090/#23091 (#10533)

Summary

• Pillar 1: after Language: ReflectionType::__toString DNF parens and ?T for T|null (#23065) #23090/Language: treat private(set) as implicitly final for Reflection (#23068) #23091, release-readiness fails two gates:
  • north-star5-fast 4f-m — manifest 95e2817e… vs live 92251643…
  • bootstrap-inventory — construct-flag drift in docs/bootstrap-inventory.md (VmSerialize / Reflection helpers)
• Restamp with BOOTSTRAP_GEN0_ALLOW_UNVERIFIED_STAMP=1 + regenerate inventory doc.
• Supersedes fingerprint-only Trust: restamp gen-0 fingerprint after #23090/#23091 drift (#10533) #23095 (same 92251643… stamp, missing inventory).

Honest verified-fresh rebuild remains #22717.
