Implements a polished, multi-step Governance Proposal Creation wizard (Issue RevoraOrg#470) utilizing existing design system tokens and components. Includes: - Step 1 (General Information): Category dropdown, optional proposal ID, and keyboard-accessible tagging manager. - Step 2 (Abstract): Formatting toolbar simulation with real-time character and word counts. - Step 3 (Action Builder): Dynamic parameters form, reordering/cloning support, and multi-state address target validation (visual icons, ARIA lookup alerts). - Step 4 (Live Preview): Desktop side-by-side split and mobile-collapsible drawer previewing proposal structure and metadata timeline. - Extra: Safe navigation confirmation exit modal, fully functional offline autosave indicators, router integration, comprehensive integration test suite coverage, and visual UI/UX verification. Designed and implemented a comprehensive, highly responsive, and WCAG 2.1 AA compliant Lockup Schedule Cliff-and-Vesting Visualization. Features include progress summary cards, custom-calculated SVG timeline with red triangle cliff marker, intersecting dynamic Today indicator line, keyboard-focusable and interactive release ticks with hover popovers, 10 development scenarios covering all edge cases (daily, monthly, quarterly, loading skeletons, empty/error), an accessible alternative sortable table, color-blind friendly legend icons, and robust unit/integration tests with over 95% statement/line coverage.
