User description

💡 What: Replaced .join() calls with direct loops pushing into the existing sql buffer, and replaced .to_ascii_lowercase() with .eq_ignore_ascii_case() in dialect parsing.
🎯 Why: These methods allocated intermediate String objects on the heap that were immediately discarded, causing unnecessary memory overhead and allocator pressure.
📊 Impact: Eliminates several unnecessary heap allocations per SQL query generated and per dialect parsed, measurably speeding up compilation times and lowering memory footprint.
🔬 Measurement: Can be verified by running memory profiles (e.g., via Valgrind or heaptrack) during large query generations, looking for a reduction in short-lived String allocations.

CodeAnt-AI Description

Reduce temporary memory use while generating SQL

What Changed

  • SQL filters and sort fields are now added directly to the generated query without creating temporary combined strings
  • SQL dialect names remain case-insensitive while avoiding temporary lowercase copies
  • Generated SQL output and unsupported-dialect errors remain unchanged

Impact

✅ Lower memory use during SQL generation
✅ Faster query compilation for large filter and sort lists
✅ Case-insensitive dialect selection preserved
