Switch host permissions to <all_urls> and add generic content script for broader site compatibility. Add configurable state options for URL display, action wording, and RPC whitelist. Enhance YouTube metadata extraction with additional DOM selectors and introduce channel avatar support. Implement Discord rate limit handling and improve text truncation.

Restructure the previously unstructured Discord OAuth scope note into a clear explanation of why the sdk.social_layer_presence scope is required given Discord's locked activity-writing permissions. Explicitly list all playback metadata the extension collects and confirm it is only used to update Discord Rich Presence via authorized API calls. Add documentation for all user-facing privacy control options, and clarify that all extension settings are stored locally with no external data sharing.
Replace simple table with nested structure to better organize screenshots across multiple platforms (YouTube, Universal Web Media, YouTube Music). Improve readability and visual presentation.
Updated table widths and alignment in README for better layout.
- Add stale timeout (15s) to filter out outdated media entries - Prioritize playing media when selecting active media - Track media per tab using tabId from message sender - Remove ended media from state instead of marking as ended - Clean up media when tabs are closed or updated to prevent stale entries
