Looks good to me; if your testing is successful you can remove the Draft status and I can rebuild the package for distribution.

solarnode-bt-setup-peripheralfrom restart-looping on a node that has no ID yet by exiting cleanly instead of failing. Also adds an/etc/solarnode/identity.jsonpath watcher that restarts whenCFG_SOLARNODE_LABELis changed.
