Summary

Render successful TodoWrite results as an inline checklist in the assistant reply stream.
Keep failed TodoWrite calls in the existing tool-result card.
Mirror the behavior across the desktop GUI and Gateway WebUI.

WebUI TodoWrite rendering tests: 3 passed
GUI and WebUI production builds
Biome check and git diff --check
