Step title was being calculated too many times, caching the title prevents that (fixed)
Renamed some tests from Run/Execute to something more meaningful
updated documentation link to something that works
updates some definitions to make use of recent c# lang version
Moved *Context and *Setup step name matches to bottom on the list so that GWT names are matched first. This will make sure Then_something_will_happen_to_user_context will be treated as Then rather than a context setup that executes before GWT
