Investigated and superseded by #637. android_logger 0.14→0.15 is not breaking for our call site (Config::with_max_level/with_tag/init_once unchanged) — Cargo.toml/lock only, no code change. Verified via arm64 cargo ndk cross-compile. The red CI here was the shared wgbridge build failing for unrelated reasons, not this bump. Safe to close once #637 merges.
