Adds persisted RFC 6902 spec overrides across preview, import, and refresh, including an advanced editor. Figma imports now apply the supported OAuth scopes automatically when selected from the catalog or added from the canonical spec URL.
Validated with the OpenAPI test suite, package builds, targeted lint, workspace typecheck, and a browser walkthrough against the live Figma spec.
