*Text field for adding questions is now expandable, allowing for easier edits

v2.0 now released in the Amazon app store!

Changes include:
*Updated UI by providing user friendly messages that helps the user get started with using the app (i.e. If there are no sets or questions, the message tells the user to press a button to add new ones)
*Added an upper bound that limits the max number of characters allowed for the set names, as well as a lower bound that requires a minimum length for set names
*Fixed soft keyboard bugs
