Overview
Updates backend/packages.json so VirtoCommerce.CatalogCsvImportModule is delivered from the AzureBlob prerelease feed at 3.1003.0 instead of the GithubReleases list (previously pinned at 3.1002.0).

The GithubReleases entry for that module is removed so QA picks up the blob package aligned with the automated catalog CSV export/import PR build. Remaining edits are JSON whitespace/formatting only.
