Overview
Automated QA manifest update for VirtoCommerce.ProfileExperienceApiModule: the module is now loaded from the AzureBlob prerelease feed as VirtoCommerce.ProfileExperienceApiModule_3.1016.0.zip instead of the GithubReleases list (previously pinned at 3.1015.0).

The rest of the diff is JSON formatting cleanup in packages.json (trailing whitespace and indentation); no other module versions change.
