Overview
Updates the QA theme deployment pointer so theme/artifact.json references the new prerelease package built from vc-frontend PR 2441 (vc-theme-b2b-vue-2.56.0-pr-2441-…) instead of the previous PR 2416 build.

Deploy workflows read this URL (e.g. deploy-theme.yml via ARTIFACT_URL) to set the store theme parameter in the target environment—no application code changes in this repo.
