This repository just contains codes for phenotypes used in an exploration project that examines the effects of different criteria combinations. The codes are in concept_id format used by the OMOP CDM standard
The files included are as follows:
- Supplement Material Codes RR LymphomaLeukemia = codes for the phenotypes used for the r/r lymphoma/leukemia trial set
- Supplement Material Codes HCV = codes for phenotypes used for the HCV trial set
- Supplement Material Codes CKD = codes for phenotypes used for the CKD trial set
