This pull request updates the build-ts dependency from version 17.1.31 to 17.1.32 in package.json and updates the lockfile yarn.lock. This update removes the @typescript/native-preview dependency and upgrades rolldown from 1.1.2 to 1.1.4, along with its platform-specific bindings and other related sub-dependencies.
