Automated fix application (the App-based autofix-apply flow, autofix.ci, and the nightly self-applying wbfy caller) was retired org-wide in WillBooster/reusable-workflows#485 and WillBooster/shared#1112, and both GitHub Apps were uninstalled. These callers now reference workflows that no longer exist, so every run fails at workflow resolution.
Fixes are still reported: the test job fails with the diff for a developer or agent to apply.
