Quick diagnosis of failed CI run: https://github.com/github/codeql/tags is missing v2.26.2 at the time of this comment. We should consider checking the existence of that tag there and not just on the CodeQL binaries repo. |

This PR upgrades the CodeQL CLI version to v2.26.2.
