Adds an OLM-operator install + quickstart for Authorino 0.25.1 (Kuadrant external authorization). Follows the OpenSearch guide format: prerequisites, OperatorHub install, quickstart with a self-contained Envoy ext_authz + API-key example showing 401 vs 200 decisions, and FAQ covering the gRPC-only ext_authz interface and the managed-by label requirement on credential Secrets.
