This fixes the
make strix-halorocm target compilation and linking.I'm running on Fedora 44 on a strix halo 128gb device, seeing issues when compiling (relocation R_X86_64_32 error) and linking (undefined symbols for hipMalloc, hipFree, etc.) without this changeset.
I'm curious how this was working for other people before?
