Remove CodeQL advanced workflow in favor of default setup#218

The advanced CodeQL configuration conflicts with GitHub's default setup, causing CI failures with: "CodeQL analyses from advanced configurations cannot be processed when the default setup is enabled."

GitHub does not allow both default setup and an advanced (workflow-file-based) CodeQL configuration to run simultaneously. Since default setup is enabled on this repository, the workflow file must be removed.
