Adds a small static "🎉 Celebrating 100 users!" badge next to the Officetracker logo in the shared nav. The badge appears on all pages (logged in and out) and wraps onto its own line at narrow widths. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

What
Officetracker hit 100 users 🎉 — this adds a small celebratory badge to the nav bar next to the logo.
base.htmlnav, so it shows on every page (logged in and out)Responsive
Tested across widths — the badge wraps onto its own line on narrow screens with no horizontal overflow:
Notes
This is a static badge, so it'll remain until removed. Happy to gate it behind a date or make it dismissible if preferred.
