…hed/file pins (LAB-742) (#45) * docs: bump install snippets to published 0.4; memcached/file pin 0.5 The generic install snippets said 0.2 — caret semver resolves that to 0.2.x, two minors behind the just-published 0.4.0 (no interop, no lock parity). The Memcached/File sections (#44) said 0.4, but those backends are not in 0.4.0 — they ship with the queued 0.5.0 release, and a 0.4 pin would never resolve their features.
