Contains changes required to build pathfinder with MSVC v145.
Includes temporary changes to vcpkg-configuration.json file that source carbonengine dependencies from a fork: https://github.com/ccptoebeans/vcpkg-registry/tree/VCPKG_PLATFORM_TOOLSET_VERSION
This is while carbonengine/pdm-proto-wrapper#2 and carbonengine/blue#7 remain unmerged
