Previous issues with libpam modules linking to a different openssl version/api are no longer an issue. Many conflicts due to us not cherry-picking everything back to 3.24.x. SuSE still needs openssl devel package installed for using system ssl instead of vendored. with suse exception Removed _system_ssl rpm macro as it is no longer needed Added in f91a72c and removed here as we returned to vendored openssl for rpms Added back using system ssl for openldap. Only SuSE uses system ssl at this point.
