I was able to reproduce #351 on Windows today in #446. I had Opus 5 take a crack at a fix and this seems to work. Opus also wrote a fairly complicated test suite for this which was fairly involved so I opted to not include it. I manually tested this in cmd.exe and PowerShell against all dbc subcommands and I didn't find any regressions.
