Email notifications are a native integration, not an extension. Updated the SendGrid setup section to remove the two inaccurate "extension" mentions.

- Fix "that the it doesn't" and redundant phrasing in email replies note
- "For eg" -> "For example"

  instead of the generic /rest-api/chat-apis page
