Email notifications are a native integration, not an extension. Updated the SendGrid setup section to remove the two inaccurate "extension" mentions.

- Complete the dangling "default timezone for" sentence - Fix "that the it doesn't" and redundant phrasing in email replies note - "For eg" -> "For example" - "Are we meeting on this weekend?" -> "this weekend" in sample payloads - Point "Update Contact details API" links to the specific endpoint instead of the generic /rest-api/chat-apis page
