feat: add asset scanning tests for _asset_scan_status param and api_version header

Summary

Adds unit and integration tests for the _asset_scan_status query param and
api_version header on asset operations. No core SDK changes.

Changes

• Unit tests — 8 new tests covering Fetch, Create, Update with
  _asset_scan_status param and Publish with/without api_version header
• Integration tests — Tests covering happy path and negative path.
  Shared environment created once in ClassInitialize for publish tests.
  Scan assets intentionally left in stack for UI verification.
