• リリースタグと連動して、npm公開するActionを追加しました。
• サポートバージョン時は自動でnpmタグに「legacy」を付加する仕様です。

1. npmへの公開がこれまで手動での公開だったため。
   自動化することにより、リリース時の負担と間違いによる手戻りを軽減します。
