The project root contained an empty `1.0.0` file since commit 4f15ce2 [1]. As no usage of this file is known or observable, nor did the commit author document any reason for adding the file, we concluded that this must be a mistake from refactoring a `pyproject.toml`. Therefore the file is now removed. [1]: eclipse-basyx@4f15ce2

Interesting that the GitHub diff shows it as "Whitespace only changes", but I checked the branch locally and the file is gone, so LGTM!
