• Adds all Jina models to the canonical Jina page, with a new models overview table (model, description, deployment options).
• Reorganizes the EIS examples for clearer getting-started flows.
• Adds an on-prem deployment section with links to the jina-on-prem GitHub Quick Start and Elasticsearch integration API examples.
