Summary

This PR addresses #6939 with the following changes:

  • explore-analyze/discover/try-esql.md: Explain when the time field remains visible in ES|QL results and CSV exports, and how to hide it.
  • explore-analyze/discover/discover-get-started.md: Add a reciprocal link from the field-adding procedure to the ES|QL column behavior.

Closes #6939
