Replace v1 Index-based single-vector API with v2 Collections API supporting multi-field architecture (vector, sparse, multi_vector), client-side RRF reranking, new filter operators ($gt/$gte/$lt/$lte/$in), admin/database/token management, backup download/upload, and INT8E precision. Bump version to 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT.
