Adds italic *Figure N.* / *Table N.* captions directly below images and tables throughout the posdealers section (88 files: 175 figures, 163 tables), numbered per file with separate figure/table counters. Decorative icons (numbered-circle step markers, status glyphs, flags), placeholder banners, and video embeds are left uncaptioned; code blocks are untouched.
