Remove unsupported Go user feedback docs

DESCRIBE YOUR PR

Remove the Go User Feedback docs because sentry-go doesn't support User Feedback. This deletes the Go User Feedback setup and configuration pages, and removes a stale Fiber redirect that pointed to the deleted Go page.

Verification:

• git diff --check
• pnpm lint:ts (fails locally due existing environment/module resolution errors for static assets/platform icons and Sentry SDK types)
• pnpm lint:redirect-chains (fails locally because tsx is not available in this install)
