保留 release.yml（編譯 binary 並掛上 release 資產），移除其餘 28 個 繼承自上游/模板的 workflow 及其設定檔（release-drafter、trufflehog、 dependabot）——多數有 owner gate 或缺 secrets，在此 fork 只會跑失敗。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
