Unifies the version knobs (apiVersion/webVersion/chartVersion/ ciComponentsVersion) and the image `dependencies` map into a single schema/versions.ts, keeping main's required-env-var mechanism. schema.ts and generate.ts now import from ./versions. Also bumps the release tag example in DISTRIBUTION.md.

@timbastin This MR just extracted the versions into it's own file for a better project structure. I've removed the conflicting update mechanism - so this should still be merged :) (IMHO) |
