those should be largely part of the default stage3, we should do a whole pass and make sure nothing is lost.

Per PR lu-zero#49 review: most of the list ships in the stage3 base already. Cross-checked every atom against stage3-rv64_lp64d-openrc-20260615's /var/db/pkg; removed only atoms verifiably present there: app-arch/{tar,gzip,bzip2,xz-utils,zstd} app-editors/nano app-shells/bash dev-build/{meson,ninja} net-misc/{openssh,curl,wget,iputils} sys-apps/{coreutils,util-linux,grep,sed,gawk,findutils,which, less,file,iproute2} sys-libs/{readline,ncurses} sys-process/procps Kept (absent from stage3): metalog, ntp, busybox, vim, git, strace, htop, lsof, screen, tmux, tree, iperf:3, fastfetch. sshd still comes from stage3's openssh; the openssh WORKAROUND_CFLAGS entry in board.conf stays as a guard should it ever be re-emerged in the sysroot.
