Adds a new bot command "cc" which allows a master to direct a playerbot to use an appropriate CC spell on the target. The bot will reach range, cast the spell, then return to group center (not the master). For classes without CC, an error message is whispered. For rogues, the existing "sap" system is automatically used.
This is intended as a combat opener command. The raid icon "moon" already exists for sustained or in-combat CC direction.
