Pull request overview
Regenerates AGENTS.md via compose-agentsmd to incorporate the latest global agent rule updates (including autonomous task resolution guidance and PowerShell safety guidance).
Changes:
- Updates the “Autonomous operations” rules and adds a new “Autonomous task resolution” section.
- Adds a “Codex-only PowerShell safety” section and reformats parts of “Post-change deployment” into bullets.
- Adds new guidance around implicit approval scope for release/publish in user-owned publishable packages.
