Automated coherent update to verified Nanvix SDK v0.20.0-sdk.2. The manifest and lockfile were generated atomically by the target zutils implementation.

[sdk] F: Derive bytecode image from manifest

Remove the active SDK revision-1 compileall constant and use the canonical manifest image for bytecode generation on every host.
