docs: "convergence" becomes "the kapi loop" — catch-up framing#4
Merged
Conversation
Align with neokapi/neokapi#1275: re-headline the concept as the kapi loop (kapi up catches translations up and parks what needs a person); visible report headings become "kapi up report". Machine contract unchanged: outcome values (converged/parked), KAPI_* outputs, exit codes, and sticky comment markers are untouched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Align with neokapi/neokapi#1275, which re-headlines the convergence concept as the kapi loop with a catch-up pitch:
kapi upcatches translations up and parks what needs a person.Visible changes only — README prose, Mermaid labels, report-comment headings ("kapi up report"), and action/workflow description strings. The machine contract is untouched: outcome values (
converged/parked),KAPI_*outputs, exit codes, and the hidden sticky-comment markers are byte-identical.Note: description-string changes in action/workflow YAML reach consumers on the next release tag; README changes are immediate.
