Remove the nullptr defaults from Watchdog and SigintWatchdog result parameters. Both watchdogs unconditionally dereference these pointers, so callers must explicitly provide valid status storage. Signed-off-by: Archkon <180910180+Archkon@users.noreply.github.com>
