Overview
Bumps the latest Node release pointers from v26.6.0 to v26.7.0 so /dist/latest*, node-latest.tar.gz, and related aliases resolve to the new release.

latestVersions.json updates latest, latest-v26.x, and node-latest.tar.gz. fileSymlinks.json retargets node-config-schema.json and llms.txt to the v26.7.0 docs paths. cachedDirectories.json adds v26.7.0/ and refreshes release index metadata (timestamps/sizes for index.json, index.tab, and node-latest.tar.gz).

worker-configuration.d.ts is regenerated with Cloudflare Workers type formatting only (no behavioral change).
