Adds a new Metabase-ready SQL documentation page for reporting each patient’s latest recorded mobility status within a selected organization.
Changes:
- Introduces a new query doc (
report_on_mobility_status_kc.md) with purpose/parameters/notes sections. - Implements a SQL query that scopes active patients by organization and selects the most recent completed mobility response per patient.
- Adds optional Metabase filters for date and mobility status.
