Adds the v1.12.0-rc2 prerelease entry to the OpenStudio releases feed used by the openstudioreleases UI.
Changes:
- Insert
v1.12.0-rc2at the top ofreleases.jsonwith metadata (tag, publish date, prerelease flag). - Include the release notes/changelog body and the full set of downloadable assets for macOS, Ubuntu, and Windows.
