Overview
Bumps the vendored Atelier submodule (submodule/atelier) from fdd588b to c5d8a35 on origin/main, with no accompanying FlashType application code changes in this PR.

FlashType still consumes the workspace package @opral/atelier via pnpm run build:atelier before dev/build; this update pulls in upstream workspace improvements called out for Flashtype: Markdown image paste/drop, panel empty-state behavior, and top-bar contract refinements.

Validation is pnpm run ci (build + tests).
