Comprehensive update to the repository's documentation and organization. This PR standardizes directory and file naming to PascalCase, corrects several typos in filenames, and provides updated README.md files for every directory. Each implementation now includes time complexity analysis in LaTeX format, and the root README.md has been synchronized with the new structure.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 12014727947801371852 started by @ppant

- Rename directories and files to follow PascalCase naming convention.
- Fix typos in several Python filenames.
- Update root README.md with correct file paths and complexity details.
- Standardize all subdirectory README.md files with time complexity analysis.
- Verify all internal links and script functionality.
